Magento 1 Order Fetch App fetches the order related details from the Magento Webstore to the UVdesk Ticket System.
You just have to connect your Magento Webstore Channel with the UVdesk and then you are ready to fetch the order related information like payment method, product name, cost, shipping details on the tickets.
This will benefit your support staff as they can verify the order of the customers and distinguish easily between the genuine customers and fraud customers.
Get the details of any order number belonging to the Magento WebStore on the ticket system to boost the support process.
This app will assist the support staff or the agent to differentiate between authentic and fake customer by fetching the order related details on the ticket and save the time of the staff.
Add multiple eCommerce Channels in the UVdesk as per the requirement and validate the details of the order number coming from your eCommerce Channel.
When you got to System > Web Services > Rest Roles, under the “Role API Resources” select the “Sales Resources“, which the admin can access by “Rest Role”.
All the Sales parameters are the API access you need to provide to admin.
To get your Consumer Key and Secret, you need to follow the path: System > Web Services > REST-OAuth Consumers. When you create a new user, you will see Key and Secret there. Copy the keys, and enter the admin password to Save It.
You get details like Order Placed and Closing Date, Payment information that includes Order Processing Method and Fulfillment Method, Shipping Address and Product Information which includes units purchased and cost.
To assign the created REST Role to the user, Follow the path: System > Permission > Users and then you can click on the existing user or create a new user.
Click REST Role on the left-hand side and you have to select the “REST Role” which you have created.
