The extension connects Magento 2 online store with the UVdesk Open Source Helpdesk system to sync and validate orders. Once integrated, ticket agents can fetch the order related information like payment method, product name, cost, shipping, and other details on the tickets.
Important Note –
This module increases the performance of your agents by displaying the order related information on the ticket system. This will give you more details while dealing with support tickets raised by customers regarding their purchases. The agent can save their time as well as improve efficiency. No need to leave the ticket system to check the details.
For instance, if any random customer comes with a Refund Issue then your support staff has to check offline that product and order details. This will be a tedious process, but with Magento 2 Order Fetch Integration, you can connect your Magento Webstore with UVdesk and check the order related data on the ticket only.
