Ticket Security

UVdesk Helpdesk now comes with PCI DSS link security compatibility by which your data is safe with us. We use Amazon Web Server which is a most secured server. We also use Cloudflare Protection for the site security and takes a back-up of the customer’s data at regular interval.

Mailbox Security

We follow three steps security process for the Mailbox Security- Login Security, Server Security, and Data Security. We make sure there are no loop-holes which can lead to any XSS attack ( Cross-Site Scripting Attack) so that the valuable data provided by the users in the tickets are secure and not vulnerable to any cyber attack.

 

Encipherment of Data

Your data will be in the encrypted format which will not be accessed by us also. It will reduce the risk of data leakage and your data will be safe and confidential. You are free to put encryption on any data you want and confirm those data whenever a user accesses it on your ticket system.

PCI DSS Compatibility

We follow PCI DSS link to safeguard your entered data. Secure your data and you are completely free to choose which data you want to protect and we also provide every access details of these protected data to the admin along with securing the data in Secure Field View Logs.

Top Level Security

We use Amazon Web Server which is a most secured server to host UVdesk. We also make use of tools for data compression which will compress the media and make Helpdesk fast. We also use Cloudflare Protection for the site security and takes a back-up of the customer’s data at regular interval so that none of your precious data is left out. By CDN ( Content Delivery Network), we fetch data from the local copy with high speed which also makes UVdesk lighting fast.

SSL Secured

By default we provide free SSL Secure Connections to all our users who uses our domain. It will safeguard that all data passed between the web server and browsers are protected. We also make use of SendGrid to deliver your mails of UVdesk Helpdesk.

 

Whitelist

Sources identified under this section will not be filtered. This is useful in cases when the owner wants to restrict the users from certain sources, but at the same time would like to enable access to certain specific users from that source.

 

Blacklist

Sources identified under this section will be rejected completely. If the owner provides an IP address, or domain name, users originating from the provided IP or domain name will be restricted from accessing your support system entirely.

 

Integrated App Security

You are completely free to choose which data you want to protect and we also provide every access details of these protected data to the administrator. The protected data would be in the encrypted form so it would be impossible for the hacker to access it at any point of time. . When the customer will access the data then it will be unencrypted and after that again it will be in encrypted form.

Privileges to the agents

We also ensure that the support staff or the agents who work and handles your valuable data are genuine. We assign roles and responsibilities to those support staff who worth it. No random support staff or agent can access the vulnerable data of the users on the ticket system.
