By the help of this app, the agent can see details of the order from the eBay Marketplace on the ticket. The order related details will only be seen by the support staff only.
Depending on your settings, the eBay integration will also create tickets for any important platform messages that you’ll receive on eBay as an eBay Seller, such as Order Feedbacks, AskSellerQuestions, Member-to-Member Messages, etc…
When you create an eBay channel integration with UVdesk, your messages are automatically converted to tickets on UVdesk. After that, you don’t need to go to your seller portal to reply to those messages as you can do that from your UVdesk dashboard only.
Only the messages pertaining to Ask Seller Questions or Order Feedbacks will be converted to tickets on UVdesk. Also the moment the eBay channel is integrated, thereafter messages will be fetched on UVdesk, not the previous ones
Once you have connected eBay channel with UVdesk, you are entitled to use the UVdesk systems for your eBay tickets. You can set up a workflow with condition being source as eBay and action being the allocation to the dedicated agent.
Once the workflow is set, thereafter, whatever the tickets that will be coming from eBay channel will be assigned to the respective agent.
