What is Google Recaptcha?

reCAPTCHA is Google’s free service that protects your website from spam. “CAPTCHA” is a Turing test to distinguish between humans and bots.

However, easy for humans to solve, but difficult for “bots” and other malicious software to detect.

Completing a CAPTCHA proves that you are human and gives you access to this page.

We use a reCAPTCHA protection and prevention system to provide a high level of security for everyone who uses UVdesk.

Creating reCAPTCHA keys

There is no limit to the number of reCAPTCHA keys you can create for your project. We recommend that you create one reCAPTCHA key for each website.

How to Enable reCAPTCHA in UVdesk?

You can enable/disable the reCAPTCHA as per your own need.

Henceforth, you just need to move into your profile section in helpdesk, here you will get an option of reCAPTCHA settings.

Below given are the snapshot which reflect how you enable/disable reCAPTCHA in your help center.

Therefore, as given in the above snapshot, you need to checkmark your reCAPTCHA as in active state for enabling.

If you want to disable the CAPTCHA Just simply uncheck that active state.
