  1. login to Shopify admin panel.
  2. Install UVdesk eCommerce Helpdesk app from Shopify Marketplace.
  3. UVdesk helpdesk account automatically created once app has been installed.
  4. Login to UVdesk admin panel.
  5. Now, create a form using FormBuilder App as per your requirement, refer this article How to Build Form?
  6. Go back to UVdesk app in Shopify admin panel.
  7. When you will go inside this app you will get Configuration option in a drop down at the top left corner.
  8. Click to configuration and set the theme colour, position, and avatar of Binaka as per your website theme.
  9. Select the Form which you have build through UVdesk.
  10. Save the configuration settings.
  11. That’s it, Now refresh the store front panel and you will see Binaka icon is there and has attached with Form.
