How is UVdesk Helpful for American Kids Apparel Retailer

In 2014, FASTEN® was created. As parents, we never settle for anything less than the best for our children. And when we couldn’t find the best, we created it.

The features of UVdesk are great and the ticket system keeps me organized with customer inquiries, exchange requests, etc. The customer service team is great and if I ever need help or there is a glitch in the system, they attend to it right away. This is a great Helpdesk for a great price!

What purpose is your business, the organization is solving?

As moms of young kids, we’re always looking for better solutions to common problems that’s why we worked to make it easy for all the moms.

As parents, we never settle for anything less than the best for our children. And when we couldn’t find the best, we created it. We are passionate about our swimwear and hope you will be too.

Any advice to the users who are running a similar business as yours?

As moms of young kids, we have experienced the pain and worked hard to make it easier for us and others. I would suggest to pick up any common problem of your life and start working hard to make that easier for other and keep working to make your business purpose interesting and trendy

How did this Business Idea clicked in your mind?

As moms of young kids, we’re always looking for helpful solutions to everyday difficulties. A few summers back, we were swimming with our daughters and realized what a pain it was to remove a wet one-piece bathing suit during those diaper change or “I’ve gotta go!” moments. It was even difficult to get the wet bathing suit back on.

We began putting our girls in two-pieces and tankinis, but the two-piece suits didn’t give enough coverage, and the tankinis never looked to fit well.

We understood there must be an easier way, but after months of researching, we couldn’t find one. So we decided to create our own.

We set out to evolve the one-piece bathing suit into a suit that could open and close with ease. Our swimwear makes diaper changes and going to the bathroom a breeze for parents and kids while remaining fun and fashionable!

We worked tirelessly with Alexis’ mom (a retired fashion designer), cutting up old bathing suits, sewing them back together, creating our own patterns, and ultimately perfecting our products.
