New Features That Are Inside UVdesk latest release v1.0.18 : Compatibility with PHP 8 : UVdesk Helpdesk is announcing the compatibility with PHP 8, now you can also be able to use the helpdesk with PHP 8, we are now also available with the same. The features of PHP 8 are fairly enough for advanced web application development and making use of the latest resources to boost your development. Updated error pages : Here we have updated error pages as well, page not found is probably the most annoying thing to look at, on a screen. Therefore, we have updated and designed such error pages and added link, if sometimes you got such error pages then you just need to tap that anchor text and it will redirect you to the new page. Added Yellow background for note on Ticket : The background of your notes on the ticket gets change into a yellow color. It is more attractive and gives a unique identity to notes by changing the theme of the same. Below given is the snapshot for the same, how it looks : Cache clear button added : Cache clear button added on the dashboard so that user can clear the cache of the project without running the command using CMD. However, you can directly clear the cache by tapping on that delete icon shown in given below snapshot : It saves your time and makes work easier. Attachments remove : All Attachment removed from their physical path as well if we delete any ticket or profile etc. Now if you are deleting any particular ticket then all the attachments related to that ticket will get deleted permanently from their physical path as well. Ticket Transfer functionality added : This ticket transfer functionality added if removing an agent all tickets will be assigned to another agent using workflow. You can create a workflow for the same so that if you are deleting any agent then all the tickets related to that agent will be assigned to another agent using workflow. Now all the tickets will get automatically assigned to another agent as applied through the workflow. If you delete any of the particular agents so that no missing tickets will be there all the tickets will be managed in an efficient way. Update “Last Update” : Updated “last update” filter on the customer ticket listing. Now you can able to check the latest update on your tickets as well by using the up and down last update filter as shown in the given below snapshot : Here is the last update option available on the customer ticket listing so that customers can easily search out the latest updates on the particular ticket. Added some Default Workflow : Added some default workflow and email templates for collaborators. For collaborators, some default workflows and email templates add. Now, there is no requirement to create a workflow for the collaborators you will get automatically add workflow and email templates for the same. Saves your time and can easily manage. Added route for debugging ticket creation : Added route for debugging ticket creation issues using email. At the time of ticket creation if you are facing any issue then a route has been decided for the same error for the purpose of debugging. It will simply resolve the issue at the time of ticket creation time. Saved reply search option added : Saved reply search option added with a default focus on the search bar to save clicks. Now you can easily search out your saved replies by just tapping on that saved replies option under the ticket section, as shown in given below snapshot : Therefore you can easily search out your saved replies by using this search bar, just type that saved reply keyword over here and you will redirect to that particular saved reply which you are looking for. Layout updates on ticket view : Layout updates on ticket view for scroller and search dropdown. Now layout updated as shown in given below snapshot : Below given are the snapshot of the scroller, you can check the scroller modification here : Ticket conversion issue : Ticket conversion issue during mailbox refresh command so now the user will able to see an error on CMD if any error.
