ChatWhizz – UVdesk Plugin

ChatWizz is a SaaS-based communication tool. It provides the functionality to have a chat service for organizations. It supports different add-ons and one of them is “UVdesk Plugin”.

This plugin lets your agents create tickets for the customers via live chat. Agents can create tickets by clicking a single button during or after live chat.

Sometimes, more significant issues can’t get handled during the live chats. Agents can create tickets on customers’ behalf so they can get back to them with the solutions.
